  1. Made to Order:
  • All apparel orders are custom-made or made-to-order. We do not maintain a pre-made inventory of apparel items. This allows us to offer a wide range of styles, sizes, and designs to our customers.
  1. Turnaround Time:
  • We typically require 7-10 business days to process and create your custom apparel order. This includes order verification, production, quality control, and packaging. Please note that the processing time may vary based on the complexity of the order, seasonal demand, or any other unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified when your order has shipped.
  1. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds:
  • We understand that there may be situations where you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or that there may be issues with your order. Returns, exchanges, and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • If you wish to initiate a return, exchange, or request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with your request.
  • Please ensure that the apparel items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and labels intact. Returns and exchanges may not be possible for customized or personalized items.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the items show signs of wear or misuse.
  • Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
  1. Defective or Incorrect Items:
  • In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for the return or exchange of the item and cover any associated shipping costs.
  1. Cancellation Policy:
  • You may request to cancel your apparel order within 48 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests made after this time frame may not be accepted.
  1. Custom and Personalized Orders:
  • Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized apparel items unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.
