Public Progress Dashboard

A public view of ROCKDEEP’s customer-resolution progress.

The Public Progress Dashboard is intended to show general progress as ROCKDEEP works through unresolved customer obligations. It is not a list of private customer information and does not display individual sensitive details.

The dashboard may include:

  • total claims submitted;
  • claims reviewed;
  • claims needing customer response;
  • claims approved for resolution;
  • claims closed;
  • refund/store credit review progress;
  • unresolved documentation issues;
  • next review batch timeline.
