Returns Process

Return instructions for eligible ready-to-ship purchases.


This page is for current eligible purchases, not unresolved past preorder or refund claims. If your issue is about an unresolved past order, please use Start a Claim instead.

Returns may be accepted only if the item qualifies under ROCKDEEP’s return policy. Some items are final sale, including samples, B-grades, certain archive products, used items, damaged-discount items, and products clearly marked final sale.

Return review stages:

  1. Customer submits a return request.
  2. ROCKDEEP reviews order eligibility.
  3. Customer receives approval, denial, or a request for more information.
  4. If approved, customer follows return instructions.
  5. Returned product is inspected.
  6. Refund, exchange, store credit, or denial is processed based on condition and policy.

Final sale reminder:
Samples, B-Grades / Final Sale, and certain archive items should clearly state final sale on the product page.
