How store credit can be reviewed, verified, and used.

Store credit may be available for certain customers depending on prior records, claim review, gift card history, customer preference, and ROCKDEEP’s current recovery process. Store credit is not the same as a cash refund unless specifically stated in writing.

Because ROCKDEEP is not producing new footwear until further notice, store credit use may be limited to available ready-to-ship items, apparel, approved inventory, or future eligible products. Store credit may not be usable on every product or every release.

Store Credit Rules

What Store Credit Is

Store credit is value issued to a customer account, gift-card code, or approved credit mechanism that can be used toward eligible ROCKDEEP purchases according to these rules. Store credit is not cash unless ROCKDEEP separately approves a refund or applicable law requires otherwise.

How Store Credit May Be Issued

Store credit may be issued for legacy customer resolution, returns, exchanges, promotions, gift cards, goodwill adjustments, rewards, or other approved reasons. Each credit may have different eligibility based on source and date.

Eligible Product Categories

Store credit may be used only on eligible categories: [INSERT ELIGIBLE PRODUCT CATEGORIES]. ROCKDEEP currently expects store credit to be usable on approved ready-made footwear, archive/vault products, selected apparel, selected accessories, or other eligible items, subject to percentage limits and product-page rules.

No Store Credit on New Footwear Production

Store credit cannot be used on new footwear production because there is no new footwear production planned. ROCKDEEP will not start new footwear production until further notice unless there is a major capital infusion and verified customers owed money are fully made whole.

Maximum Percentage Per Purchase

Unless a product page states otherwise, customers may use up to [INSERT MAX STORE CREDIT % PER PURCHASE] of the eligible purchase subtotal in store credit. ROCKDEEP may set different percentages for apparel, ready-made footwear such as RAX, archive/vault footwear, accessories, or final-sale items.

Apparel and Ready-Made Footwear

Store credit may be permitted on apparel and ready-made footwear such as RAX only if listed as eligible. Apparel may have a lower or higher store-credit allowance depending on cash cost, labor, vinyl, packaging, shipping, and refund-reserve needs. Ready-made footwear may have a different allowance depending on whether the product has already been paid for, whether it is archive inventory, and whether the sale must fund refunds or operations.

Discounts and Combination Rules

Store credit may not be combinable with certain discounts, promotions, bundle offers, clearance pricing, final-sale pricing, gift cards, or loyalty rewards unless ROCKDEEP states otherwise. If a discount and store credit conflict, ROCKDEEP may apply the option most compatible with cash-flow and policy rules.

Expiration, Transferability, and Refundability

Expiration policy: [INSERT EXPIRATION POLICY]. Transferability policy: [INSERT TRANSFERABILITY POLICY]. Refundability policy: store credit is generally non-refundable and has no cash value unless ROCKDEEP approves a separate refund resolution or applicable law requires otherwise.

Balance Lookup

Customers may check balance through [INSERT STORE CREDIT LOOKUP LINK], customer account, support request, Shopify account wallet if enabled, or [INSERT SUPPORT EMAIL]. Customers should provide their name, email, original order number if known, and store-credit code if available.

Disputes and Corrections

If a customer believes store credit is incorrect, ROCKDEEP will review original order records, payment records, refund history, chargeback/dispute history, gift-card exports, redemption history, and customer communications. Duplicate recovery, prior refund, or chargeback evidence may reduce or eliminate store-credit eligibility.

Policy Changes

ROCKDEEP may update store-credit rules to protect fairness, cash flow, legal compliance, and customer resolution. Posted rules on [INSERT SHOPIFY STORE URL] will control after the effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise.
