Start here if you have an unresolved past order, refund request, store credit question, or claim that needs review.

We are reviewing customer claims carefully and matching each request against available order, payment, refund, chargeback, store credit, and fulfillment records. This process is meant to protect customers from being missed and to prevent duplicate or incorrect resolutions.

Please complete the claim form with the most accurate information you have. If you do not remember every detail, submit what you can. The more information you provide, the faster we can match your claim.

Before you submit, please gather:

  • the email address used at checkout;
  • your order number, if available;
  • screenshots or receipts, if available;
  • payment method used, such as Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Sezzle, gift card, or store credit;
  • your preferred resolution.
