Already submitted a claim? Use this page to check the current status of your review.
Claims are reviewed in stages. We first verify customer identity and order records, then check payment and refund history, then determine the correct resolution path. Some claims may require additional documentation, especially if the original order, payment processor, store credit record, or chargeback history needs manual review.
Status meanings:
- Submitted: Your claim was received.
- Identity Review: We are matching your name, email, and order information.
- Payment Review: We are checking payment, refund, dispute, and chargeback records.
- Resolution Review: We are determining the correct next step.
- Awaiting Customer Response: We need more information from you.
- Approved for Resolution: Your claim has been verified for next action.
- Closed: The claim has been resolved or closed after review.
