A direct message from the founder.

To our customers and community:

ROCKDEEP has always meant more than products to me. It has represented belief, movement, creativity, and the will to build something from the ground up. But I also understand that belief does not erase responsibility.

Some customers have had unresolved orders, refund questions, store credit issues, or communication gaps that should have been handled with more clarity. As ROCKDEEP rebuilds, customer resolution is a priority. The goal is to review claims carefully, verify records, communicate more clearly, and move through each case with accuracy.

This process will take work. It will require patience, documentation, and transparency. But the direction is clear: rebuild the brand the right way, protect customer trust, and create a better operating system before making new promises.
